I am a strategist, educator, researcher and author. My work is driven by a fundamental curiosity: how do we create the systems, structures, and conditions that enable individuals, teams, and entire organisations to flourish?

This question has guided my career for over a decade, across government, higher education, civil society and the private sector. My expertise spans strategy development, organisational culture, leadership development, learning design, qualitative research and policy development. I am known for bringing together evidence, lived experience, and practical insight to develop solutions that are both intellectually rigorous and operationally effective.

I am the founder of Landa Mabenge Consulting, a venture and business design practice dedicated to helping organisations and founders build sustainable, scalable and impactful solutions. Our work is rooted in human-centred design and systems thinking, helping clients navigate complexity, build meaningful strategies and create lasting impact.

My public facing work has often focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB), and epistemic and social justice. My broader professional interest lies in understanding the core drivers of organisational performance and institutional health. This includes exploring leadership, innovation, culture, and the environments in which people are expected to perform, produce and succeed.
